SMT Construction, is a concrete construction company. Specializing in residential, and commercial concrete work. They work with various general contractor all over Utah, performing outstanding work.
The objective here was to help SMT to streamline their office and admin processes. By mapping out their current processes, and then analyzing them, Meadow Stone was able to help increase efficiency by 20%. This has helped their owner McKay Tonga spend less time in the office, and more time out in the field, drumming up business.
SMT wanted a way for their employees to be able to grow and develop within the company. We created a training manual comprised of several modules to help his employees increase their skill level so they can promote within the company. This has lead to SMT keeping top talent, as well as increasing employee morale.
